  EVENING SHIFT 4H00PM TO 12H00 AM Reporting to the Production Manager, the role is responsible for managing and leading production floor employees to ensure efficient and timely production whilst maintaining CME quality standards. Oversee daily operations, coordinate schedules and allocate resources to meet overall production targets. The role involves enforcing H&S standards, ensuring compliance, coaching, and proper training of production floor employees. Supervisors address production challenges, implement process improvements and function as a communication link between management, support teams and production floor employees. Additionally, they monitor performance, control costs and collaborate with maintenance & support teams to optimize workflows and meet organizational goals.
